We are hiring for our client, a plant-based food and beverage brand offering dairy alternatives to hire Chief Commercial Officer role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee all commercial functions, including sales, marketing, and business development.
- Lead the expansion of the business both domestically in Indonesia and internationally.
- Build and strengthen relationships with distributors and channels, while identifying and tapping into new markets.
- Acquire and manage key accounts, forming strategic partnerships with the horeca sector and food services.
- Provide entrepreneurial leadership, guiding the company's growth and market positioning.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in both startup environments and FMCG companies.
- Strong network within the horeca or food services industry.
- A strategic thinker with a bold and dynamic personality, experienced in commercial roles.
- Demonstrated sense of ownership, with the ability to lead and grow a company, acting in a co-founder capacity.
- Extensive experience in expanding distribution channels and establishing new partnerships.
- Ability to develop and execute strategies for business growth, both in Indonesia and internationally.
- Experience in running or owning a business is a plus.
