Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia, an executive recruitment company, is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational principal medical device company with a focus on sleep apnea treatment and respiratory care. As the company continues to grow, our client is seeking a professional with at least 7 years of strong experience in sales, especially in medical device industry. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for Indonesia by managing distributors, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing strategic sales and channel management approaches.
- Develop innovative strategies to grow the product portfolio, engage hospital customers, and map market opportunities while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and monitor new tenders to secure strategic business opportunities.
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives, including promotional activities and new product launches, in alignment with regional strategies to enhance market awareness.
- Provide product training for distributors, manage client service and warranty claims, and gather market feedback to support product improvements.
- Facilitate awareness and engagement in the medical community through targeted activities and partnerships.
- Prepare and manage business planning reports, forecasts, and monthly updates to align with organizational goals.
- Maintain expertise through participation in conferences and interactions with key stakeholders to support product and market development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in sciences (Biomedical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology etc.), Engineering or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in the medical device industry.
- Proven track record in managing relationships with distributors or channel partners to drive sales growth.
- Fluent in spoken and written in English.
