Executive search firm, Monroe Consulting Group Philippines, is recruiting on behalf of a leading digital payments enabler and provider. Our esteemed client is in need of an Account Manager with extensive experience in cash recycling machines. This opportunity is based in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, offering a hybrid work arrangement.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions involving cash recycling machines. This role requires strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and a client-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Account Manager should be part of the customer journey from closing the deal to maintaining the quality of relationships and customer satisfaction.
  • Understand client needs and provide solutions to enhance their cash management processes
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Sales and Business Development

  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell cash recycling solutions to existing clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team (sales specialist) to develop proposals and presentations tailored to client needs
  • Assist in the acquisition of new clients by showcasing the benefits of cash recycling machines.

Technical Expertise

  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of cash recycling machines and their functionalities
  • Provide technical support and training to clients on the use and maintenance of cash recycling machines
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and advancements in cash recycling technology
  • Understanding of working with software solutions and different technology teams

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience: Proven experience in account/client management, preferably within the financial services or technology sectors
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Strong technical background in cash recycling machines or related cash handling equipment
  • Strong technical background in digital solutions.
