Executive search firm, Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of one of the largest CRO companies in the Philippines. Our client for Korean Bilingual- Customer Assistance Specialist (Healthcare) who will provide high-quality customer service to client customers. This role is a hybrid set-up, and the office is in Taguig City.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides high quality customer service to client customers including consumers, HCPs, and client personnel.
  • Documents interactions according to the company and client guidelines. Identifies AEs events and PCs.
  • Maintains knowledge of policies and procedures including client products, SOPs, protocols, GCPs, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Processes medical information requests (e.g., fulfillment) via e-mail; fax, and regular mail.
  • Performs line checks and system verifications and generates reports.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.
  • Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree Graduate in any Life Science or Healthcare related Courses (i.e. Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, etc.)/ 2 years undergrad are welcome to apply
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience working as a Korean Bilingual in a BPO setting is a plus.
  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 2 years).
  • Some countries may require a health care professional degree or medical information experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Korean language
  • Excellent language skills (comprehension, speaking, reading, and writing); Fluency skills in a second language may be required.
