Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of the fastest-growing Heavy Machinery company. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 8-10 years' experience in project and construction management, especially in Heavy Machinery for the job of CRM Unit Head. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  2. Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  3. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  4. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to support lead qualification, proposal preparation, and negotiation efforts.
  5. Account Management: Oversee the management of customer accounts, including billing, collections, and account receivables.
  6. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, satisfaction levels, and relationship status for senior management.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as aftersales support, administration, logistics, product development, finance, and risk control to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  8. Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions to improve products and services.
  9. Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for internal teams on customer relationship management best practices and strategies.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the heavy machinery sector.
  2. Language Skills: Fluency in Mandarin is required; proficiency in English is also necessary.
  3. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the heavy machinery market, including key players, products, and industry trends.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
  5. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
  6. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
