Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational Infrastructure Provider (FTTH/Fiber Optic) company to hire Customer Success Manager role. This role will be located in Jakarta with full WFO policy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer onboarding, ensuring quick integration for ISPs to begin sales efficiently.
- Provide strategic advice to ISPs on go-to-market strategies, including pricing, products, branding, and market growth in the B2C sector.
- Act as a customer advocate by addressing issues, improving satisfaction, and resolving service delivery challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ISP partners.
- Collaborate with sales teams to boost revenue through up-selling, cross-selling, and minimizing churn.
Requirements:
- > 7+ years of experience in FTTH Sales, Operations, or Marketing Strategy.
- Proven ability to work with ISPs to drive growth in both B2B and B2C spaces.
- Strong understanding of FTTH networks and proven experience in customer relationship management.
- Fluent in both Bahasa and English.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
