They provide a wide range of services, including insurance brokerage, risk management, and employee benefits tailored to meet the specific needs of its clients across Thailand.
This position will be responsible for leading and managing the division to deliver comprehensive and competitive benefit solutions to clients. This role involves strategic planning, client relationship management, team leadership, and operational oversight to ensure the division meets its growth and profitability targets.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversees business unit operations, ensuring client service and providing insurance advisory in line with the company's strategic goals to achieve growth and profitability targets.
- Leads, motivates, and manages the team under their supervision.
- Implements the Performance Management System to drive the achievement of individual and team goals.
- Participates in strategic business planning and budgeting, aiding in the development and enhancement of corporate culture, policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
- Manages the business with a strong commitment to maintaining high professional service standards in accordance with the Company Code of Conduct and Philosophy.
- Identifies business opportunities and develops feasibility studies, business plans, and strategies for target markets to ensure profitability, including soliciting new business and expanding markets.
- Supports the company's after-sales service promises by establishing customer service strategies and service levels.
- Monitors client business changes and developments to recommend, offer, and arrange suitable insurances in a timely manner.
- Builds, develops, and maintains strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Provides clients with knowledge, information, and updates related to insurance for their benefit.
- Controls and monitors department costs, implementing and reviewing strategies to minimize expenses while maintaining acceptable service levels.
- Creates networks within and outside the organization to promote teamwork across departments and business areas.
Job Requirements
- Experience in the insurance sector and leadership positions.
- Solid understanding of insurance technicalities, product knowledge, and risk management.
- Demonstrate expertise in brokerage processes and procedures.
- Outstanding leadership qualities, coupled with effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Fluency in English.
