Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Philippines is recruiting on behalf of multi-billion, fast-growing, diversified group of companies engaged in construction, manufacturing, real estate, land development, water utility industry. Our respected client is seeking of well experience in Oversee all the planting activities in the farm for the position of Estate Manager. The job is based in Maragondon, Cavite.
Job Summary:
An Estate Manager is responsible for managing all phases of the construction project, including coordinating with project engineers on the required workers, materials and equipment - ensuring that specifications are being followed and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.
Key job responsibilities include:
* Account, manage and secure all farm assets, inputs and produce from the farm
* Ensure that a planting scheduled is followed
* Maximize profitability of farm with its production cycle and activities
* Produce quality products and produce that satisfies a high standard quality for their intended use/users
* Manage, guide, motivate and monitor the activities of the farm personnel to efficiently deliver expected results
* Apply the best farming techniques suitable for the farm to obtain farm objectives at the most practical cost.
* Determine and propose ideal and most suitable farm equipment and inputs best fitted to the farm in obtaining the objectives and volume of production
* Monitors the livestock available in the estate.
* Account all costs, expenses and revenue generated from the farm operations.
* Secure the property and control the ingress and egress of assets, personnel, visitors and other stakeholders in the farm.
* Install barriers and security devices to protect the property from illegal intruders.
* Coordinate with the local government for key requirements concerning operations of the estate.
* Coordinate with other external stakeholders.
* Maintain the organization, cleanliness and ideal environment to conduct the operations inside the estate.
* Maintain that the assets deployed in the estate are in good running condition and monitored that the same are used appropriately for the official use of the farm.
* Perform other tasks from time to time as instructed by immediate head
Job Qualifications:
* Graduate of any agricultural course
* Certified Agriculturist, with PRC license
* With at least 5 years of significant experience related in this field
* Male, above 35 years old
* Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
* Able to read and draft plans via planning applications is preferred
* With significant supervisory or managerial experience
* With driver's license code of at least for light vehicle and motorcycle
* Ability to operate other farm equipment and construction equipment is a plus
