The Junior Finance and Accounting Associate will support the finance department in various tasks related to financial reporting, accounting processes, and analysis. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including general ledger entries and reconciliations.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support the finance team in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Help in maintaining and updating accounting systems and documentation.
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Prepare and assist in the filing of tax returns and other regulatory compliance documents.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Support financial analysis by gathering and analyzing data to assist in decision-making.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- At least one year of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
