As business growth and expansion continue, our esteemed client is looking for a Head of Business Development to execute delegated sales plans or campaigns to achieve sales targets.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans that align with the Eye Center's goals, focusing on market expansion, service line growth, and revenue generation.
- Led the marketing team in creating and executing branding strategies that enhance the Eye Center's visibility and reputation. Oversee the development of marketing materials, digital marketing campaigns, and community outreach initiatives.
- Direct sales strategies and initiatives to increase patient acquisition and retention. Establish sales targets and monitor performance metrics to ensure objectives are met.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and industry stakeholders to expand referral networks and service offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, with a strong emphasis on marketing, branding, and sales within the healthcare or eye care industry.
- Must have a background in working in the eye clinic.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
