GM HC Learning & Development (Healthcare)

Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of the Healthcare Provider. Our client are looking for a passionate and experienced General Manager for Human Capital Learning and Talent Development. The ideal candidate will have a total of 10 years of experience in human capital, with at least 5 years specializing in learning, training, and talent development.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with managers.
  • Manage the talent development process, including succession planning and leadership development.
  • Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they are effective and aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to integrate learning and development initiatives with overall business strategies.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.


Job Requirements:

  • Total of 10 years of experience in human capital, with at least 5 years specializing in learning, training, and talent development.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing learning and development strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Passionate about learning and professional development.
  • Experience in the healthcare, banking, financial services, hospitality, or retail industries (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
