GM Referral and Contact Center (Healthcare)

Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of the Healthcare Provider. Our client are seeking an experienced General Manager to develop medical referral strategies for the medical referral commercial unit team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving revenue targets through medical referrals, medical evacuations, travel agents, and patient agents. Additionally, the candidate will develop in-house clinics as a referral network to hospitals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement medical referral strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead and manage the medical referral commercial unit team to ensure high performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, travel agents, and patient agents.
  • Oversee the operations of in-house clinics and ensure high-quality services.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align referral strategies with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
