GM - Sales

Monroe is hiring for our client, a POS Solution Principal, is on the lookout for an experienced GM of Sales to handle the retails sector. This opportunity is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aggressive approach into the primary growth sector of retail companies.
  • Active prospecting & opportunity development.
  • Develop strong relationships with our customer base at all levels
  • Developing & Meeting sales targets set out on an annual basis.
  • Participation in product development & Go-To-Market activities.
  • Leading the team to achieve their target.

Requirements:

  • Candidates with 8 - 10 years in similar fields (POS solution or IT Consulting).
  • Experienced on leading a team.
  • Proficiency in English is a must.
  • Must have initiative and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Must have good written or oral communication skills.
