The job is based in Quezon City, Philippines.
Job Summary:
The Sales Manager (Individual Contributor) is responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets within the assigned territory. This role requires a proactive and self-driven individual with a strong technical understanding of industrial valves and a proven track record of success in sales. The Sales Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, identify new business opportunities, and provide technical sales support.
Key job responsibilities including:
Sales Generation and Target Achievement:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Technical Sales and Product Knowledge:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's valve products and their applications.
- Provide technical expertise and product recommendations to customers.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive products.
- Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and quotations.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market opportunities.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
Territory Management:
- Manage the assigned sales territory effectively, optimizing travel and resource allocation.
- Attend industry trade shows and conferences to network and generate leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as engineering and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
