Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a notable General Insurance company. Our respected client is seeking a qualified individual as Head of Agency. The position will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Responsibilities:
- Support management in valuation and regulatory approval.
- Implement product development tasks, including setup, testing, and maintenance.
- Conduct new business profitability analysis and provide strategic insights.
- Review provisions, reinsurance treaties, term sheets, and marketing materials.
- Drive improvement and optimization of pricing and discounting practices.
- Maintain distribution compensation modeling.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects aligned with company initiatives.
- Implement rate filings accurately for desired geographic and market segmentation.
- Coordinate closely with Valuation Actuary, Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Contribute to innovative solutions and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or related field.
- At least 8 years of working experience in a related role
- Proven experience in actuarial valuation, pricing, product development, and regulatory compliance for life assurance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Business acumen and technology-savvy.
