Head of IT (Tobacco)

Overview:

  • The Head of IT will be responsible for building and developing the Information Technology Systems function , covering software, hardware, infrastructure, and internal organizational competencies. This role will drive the acceleration and growth of the business through IT, creating a competitive advantage.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic IT Planning:

  • Oversee both long-term and short-term planning for IT needs, aligning them with user requirements and emerging industry trends. Develop an IT Blueprint and Project Office, managing these initiatives either in-house or through outsourcing.

IT Governance and Policies:

  • Establish and implement IT-related mechanisms and policies across Nojorono, ensuring data security, IT policy adherence, and the establishment of operational procedures and standards to maximize the reliability of IT systems and create synergy and competitive advantages for the company.


System Integration and Centralization:

  • Build and develop centralized software, hardware, and network infrastructure (ERP systems like ORACLE and supporting applications). Ensure all systems are integrated and aligned with the core ERP to support competitive business processes.


Data Security and System Reliability:

  • Continuously improve the security of data and transaction services, ensuring optimal system reliability (secure service level).


Team Development:

  • Build and develop the internal IT team's competencies to provide optimal support for the organization's goals.

Coaching and Leadership:

  • Provide coaching and leadership to the entire IT team, fostering a culture of growth and development within the department.
