Head of Operation - Power & Energy (based in Jakarta)
Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading National Engineering Consultancies company. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 10 years' experience in Power and Energy for the job of Head of Operation. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Lead Business Operation aspects of the company, including Balance sheet management, Legal compliance, Resource management, Key stakeholder management, Project delivery excellence
- Plan and execute delivery excellence of simultaneous projects through KPI's aspects, including HSE, Contractual compliance, Quality of product & services, and Cash flow
- Manage good relationships with operations and project stakeholders by demonstrating excellent commitment, communication, and consistency.
- Identify and be hands-on with the critical process of the business operation as needed to address foreseen challenges.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Engineering, preferably in Power / Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in the Project Management and/or technical role specifically for Consulting Projects in the Renewable Energy Industry, with a minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Project Manager or Technical Manager.
- Experienced in the Business Operations aspect of a company at a leader/manager level
- Experienced as a vocal point to the client during the planning and execution phase as per contractual scope.
- Familiar with project methodology and critical areas for consulting services including Feasibility Study, Grid Study, Engineering Design (FEED / DED), and Owner Engineer / PMC services.
