Responsibilities

- Conducting regular brand health assessments and making necessary adjustments.
Stakeholder Management- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, regulators, industry associations, media, NGOs, and community leaders.
- Representing the company's interests in industry forums and conferences.
- Proactively identifying and addressing potential issues or challenges with stakeholders.
- Developing and implementing strategies to engage with the community and build a positive corporate image.
Crisis Management- Developing and implementing a crisis communication plan.
- Leading the company's response to crises, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Protecting the company's reputation during challenging times.
Regulatory and Policy Engagement- Monitoring and analyzing regulatory changes and their potential impact on the company.
- Developing strategies to influence regulatory policies in favor of the company's interests.
- Building relationships with key regulatory bodies.
Community Relations and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)- Developing and implementing CSR initiatives aligned with the company's values and community needs.
- Managing the company's philanthropic activities and partnerships.
- Building strong relationships with local communities and organizations.
Media Relations- Building and maintaining strong relationships with media outlets.
- Developing and executing media relations strategies to generate positive press coverage.
- Serving as the company's spokesperson on key issues.
Internal Communications- Communicating effectively with employees about the company's vision, mission, and values.
- Building employee engagement and advocacy.
- Managing internal communication channels.
