Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and align HR strategies with company goals to enhance productivity and competitiveness.
- Design organizational structures and competency standards based on business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for organizational development and talent management.
- Implement performance management systems and competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Design internal succession plans and individual development plans to enhance employee skills.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in industrial relations.
- Oversee HRIS, culture implementation, CSR initiatives, general affairs, IT relations, and vendor management for effective operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) as an HR Manager or similar role with full cycle understanding of HR processes/functions; Has experience in GA, Culture, CSR management would be more preferable.
- Preferable from similar industry and/or has experience from multinational company.
