Our respected client is seeking for an Inventory Manager that will maintain inventory performance and leverage business requirements to increase revenue and reduce inventory costs. The position will be working Rosario Cavite plant.
Job Summary:
The Inventory Manager will be expected to develop and execute inventory strategies while contributing to key material strategic decisions. Lead the PH Inventory team in maintaining optimal inventory performance, aligning with business requirements to maximize revenue and minimize inventory costs for PH factories.
Main responsibilities:
- Meet quarterly inventory and revenue targets by leading cross-functional action plans and projects.
- Develop and execute efficient inventory strategies to support business objectives.
- Utilize data analytics to enable scenario planning and enhance decision-making.
- Establish and implement a robust governance process to minimize excess and obsolete inventory.
- Continuously improve data mining, analytics, and visualization using tools like Power BI and Tableau.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in inventory management, supply chain management, operations or business administration or any related field.
- Knowledgeable in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Supply Chain Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures, demand forecasting, and supply chain best practices
