As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 3-4 years' experience in project and similar industry for the job of Legal Affairs. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Requirements:
- Open to candidates under 30 years old, male or female
- 1-2 years of experience in legal or litigation roles
- Experience in the heavy equipment industry is preferred
- Previous courtroom experience is required
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written) is essential
- Must hold an advocate license (PERADI)
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Willing to be based at the head office (North Jakarta)
Job Description:
- Issue warning letters and file lawsuits for overdue clients
- Coordinate with external legal counsel to manage cases
- Review sales contracts for compliance
- Provide legal analysis and training
- Handle debt-related legal matters
- Prepare and file lawsuits in court
- Perform other legal duties as required
