  • They are actively seeking a skilled Logistics Procurement Associate to play a pivotal role in executing their sector management plan. The ideal candidate will excel at sourcing top-tier service providers, negotiating competitive rates, and strategically managing bidding processes.
  • The job is in Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines, and offers a day shift work arrangement.


Key responsibilities:

  • Discovering Logistics Partners. Analyze the customer requirements to perform discovering partners required for logistics business.
  • Selection of Logistics Partner through bidding process (RFQ, Profit simulation, negotiation of rate & conditions, price & operational evaluation) with bidding committees
  • Logistics Partner Pool Management. Execute credit assessment and pool management of qualified partner twice a year.
  • Providing Logistics service rate. Provide the optimal cost provision for smooth business performance.
  • Logistics Cost Innovation. Carry out cost-based innovation process for efficient business and profit increase.
  • Research, Analysis, and Prediction of Logistics Market Conditions. Research and analyze market demand and supply CAPA to minimize business/operational risks and take a preemptive response.
  • Logistics Market Condition Index Management. Implement market condition index management for early detection of business risks.


Key requirements:

  • Graduate of any 4 year college/university course
  • At least 2 years of working experience in Logistics operation, procurement or sales
  • Preferably with freight forwarding experience
  • Computer literate especially in Excel
  • Good communication & Interpersonal Skills
