Job Summary

Our client is seeking a proactive and highly organized Marketing Associate to support the Country Liaison and Lead Generation Specialist in implementing country-specific marketing initiatives. The role encompasses administrative, operational, and campaign execution responsibilities, including ISO compliance, budget tracking, and event logistics coordination.
This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent multitasking abilities, and a collaborative mindset to ensure the success of marketing efforts. The Marketing Associate will work across various channels such as email, social media, and digital platforms while managing lead databases and supporting the creation of marketing materials.
The job offers a Hybrid (4x/week in the office) working arrangement in Quezon City.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Campaign Support
    • Assist in executing marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital platforms.
    • Coordinate campaign materials and monitor project timelines.
    • Collaborate with the Country Liaison to ensure timely campaign launches and analyze performance.
  • Events Management Assistance
    • Provide logistical support for marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, and conferences.
    • Coordinate venue and vendor arrangements.
    • Manage registration, event materials, and on-site assistance for smooth execution.
  • Lead Management and Database Verification
    • Oversee lead farming and verification processes.
    • Ensure database accuracy and verify lead quality before forwarding to sales or marketing teams.
  • Administrative and Operational Support
    • Schedule meetings, organize marketing collateral, and track project progress.
    • Maintain vendor and supplier matrices for seamless coordination.
    • Update and monitor the inventory of marketing assets.
  • ISO Compliance and Documentation
    • Ensure marketing activities align with ISO standards and maintain proper documentation.
    • Prepare reports and manage ISO-related records to support quality management processes.
    • Implement and oversee Customer Satisfaction Surveys aligned with ISO targets.
  • Budget and Finance Tracking
    • Track marketing budgets to ensure expenses remain within allocation.
    • Manage purchase orders and process invoices for campaigns and events.
    • Collaborate with the finance team to maintain accurate financial records and reconcile budgets.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Creative Design, or a related field.
    • Experience in B2B marketing is an advantage but not required.
    • Open to new graduates who meet the capability requirements.
  • Technical Skills and Tools
    • Knowledge of CRM tools and other productivity software.
    • Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Visio, and Canva.
    • Familiarity with marketing platforms like Mailchimp, SurveyMonkey, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
    • Solid skills in MS Office and other design or analytics software.
  • Soft Skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
    • Social media savvy with a goal-oriented and analytical mindset.
