Marketing Manager for Healthcare (Medical Device)

Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of one of the leading multinational medical device companies for a Marketing Manager for their Healthcare division. The role will lead market development strategies, market research, brand and performance management of the whole product categories of the company. S/he will manage 1 Assistant Marketing Manager and will report to the General Manager. Work setup is 2x a week onsite and 3x a week work from home, Mondays to Fridays.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Manage and control the Marketing department, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, work allocation, conflict resolution and termination and manage all Marketing activities in the designated country
  • Define and align overall marketing strategies and plans to meet customer and consumer needs
  • Develop and implement marketing and branding tools and campaigns to improve awareness, product visibility and experience, as well as brand preference for the right customer and consumer segments
  • Develop and maintain engagement with external strategic partners and medical experts and professionals in strengthening collaboration to meet mutual objectives
  • Manage A&P investments as per agreed plans in reaching strategic goals of the Company
  • Comply with Corporate & Government regulations in performing ethical business conducts


Key job qualifications include:

  • Bachelor degree in Business or any related course
  • At least 4 years' experience in marketing for OTC or ethical pharma or medical device industry; multiple industry experience would be an added advantage
  • Strong in communication, self-learner, detail-oriented, proactive and systematic thinking
  • Demonstrate leadership capabilities and result-oriented
  • Project management & stakeholder management
  • Proven track record in strategic brand planning, product life-cycle management, product launches and customer service practices
  • Able to develop and maintain engagement with medical professionals, associations, private and Government institutions
  • Able to identify, organize and work closely with third party agencies in supporting the implementation of marketing plans
  • Willing to work 2x a week onsite in Makati City and 3x a week work from home, Mondays to Fridays
