Media Buyer

Job Objectives:

The Digital Media Buyer is incredibly knowledgeable in a wide range of digital marketing platforms, automation tools, the latest strategies and trends, and has previously managed digital marketing initiatives in the consumer, retail, and services industries. The role is comfortable with data, digital best practices, and can advise the team on campaign performance based purely on empirical evidence on engagement and conversion.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Digital advertising campaigns: conceptualizeconceptualize, deploy, and optimizeoptimize, iterate full-funnel campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google SEMSEM campaigns.
  • For Google: Search & DSAsDSAs, Performance Max, YoutubeYoutube. Be knowledgeable in basic SEOSEO practices and how it relates to creating effective Google campaigns.
  • For Facebook: Awareness, lead generation, or direct conversion campaigns using custom audiences and lookalikes. Nice to have: Experience using the Facebook Marketing APIAPI.
  • Work with cross-functional teammates in merchandising, product development, graphic design, and digital commerce to execute holistic campaigns.
  • Run A/B tests across campaigns to optimizeoptimize performance and report the results of these tests.
  • Measure and report the performance of campaigns in accordance with KPIsKPIs and ROIROI objectives.
  • Effective channel budget management and utilizationutilization reporting
  • Detailed tracking of expenses and performance with actionable insights

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in media buying across paid media channels
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools including, but not limited to, Meta Business and Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google AnalyticsAnalytics, TikTokTikTok Ads Manager; Nice to have: LazadaLazada Seller CenterCenter, ShopeeShopee Seller CenterCenter, ShopeeShopee Brand Portal
  • Able to manage digital budgets and allocate properly across available paid media channels to reach KPIKPI benchmarks
  • Strong and effective written and verbal communication, organizationalorganizational, and interpersonal skill
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and analyticalanalytical skill
  • Highly organizedorganized with data and competent in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Has an eye for detail i.e. creatives, copy aligned with the brand principles
  • Has a thorough understanding of digital media and marketing strategies gathered from agency experience
  • Has the ability to interpret data and other metrics into actionable insights
Work arrangement:
Monday - Thursday (on site) & Friday (remote), flexible start time from 6am6am - 9:30am (8 hours work)
