Monroe Consulting Indonesia is partnering with a leading OTT platform to find an experienced Country Head (Entertainment) with a strong background in business strategy and content production. This high-impact role focuses on driving growth and overseeing all business and content operations in Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the local business strategy in alignment with global objectives, focusing on content production, market expansion, and audience engagement.
- Content Development & Production: Oversee the development of original content, from concept to production, ensuring alignment with audience preferences and brand standards.
- Partnerships & Acquisition: Drive negotiations and partnerships with production houses, studios, and content creators to acquire and produce high-quality content.
- Business Development: Identify and explore new revenue streams, growth opportunities, and market segments to drive business expansion.
Requirements:
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in the entertainment or media industry, particularly in OTT platforms, content production, and business strategy.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading and growing business operations at a senior level.
- Content Expertise: Strong understanding of the content production lifecycle, including acquisition, creation, and distribution.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrated experience in managing P&L, developing market strategies, and driving revenue growth.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Indonesian entertainment landscape, including content consumption trends and audience preferences.
