Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a reputable multinational pharmaceutical company. Our respected client is seeking a Medical Manager that will be responsible in upholding the scientific, technical, and ethical foundation governing all policies, statements, and initiatives within designated therapeutic areas (TAs). This responsibilities encompass conceiving, executing, and overseeing the medical and scientific support functions pertaining to specific disease/product clusters.

This multifaceted role includes tasks such as product development and management, cultivating relationships with key opinion leaders, fostering connections within the medical community and professional organizations, safeguarding products within legal and regulatory frameworks (including Loss of Exclusivity initiatives), providing medical backing for Disease Management/Expanded Access programs, overseeing clinical trials, maintaining technical expertise in the TAs, and ensuring medical quality and compliance.
Furthermore, the Medical Manager is entrusted with formulating and executing the medical strategy, as well as crafting value-driven approaches derived from insights gathered through stakeholder engagement. Their value-centric responsibilities encompass engaging customers and extracting insights, managing stakeholder relationships, generating data, and executing medical projects.
Minimum qualifications:

* Possession of a Medical Degree from a reputable institution.
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in medical affairs, clinical affairs, or regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.
* Demonstrated knowledge of quality and regulatory requirements across various disciplines (e.g., medical, safety, regulatory, clinical).
* A track record of success in previous roles involving scientific, technical, or administrative management.
