Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Malaysia's Industrial Division is recruiting on behalf of a prominent construction company with an on-going project as the sub-contractor with one of the largest main contractors in China - CSCEC. They are currently looking to hire a seasoned MEP Manager to assist them with their industrial factory construction projects and will be based in India either in Banglore or Hyderabad.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for formulating construction plans for mechanical and electrical projects.
  • Responsible for the professional technical management of electromechanical installation, organize the preparation of project electromechanical installation construction plans, special construction technical measures and process design, and lead the in-depth design of electromechanical construction drawings.
  • Actively communicate and coordinate with client, designers, supervisors, general contractors and sub-contractors on related electromechanical work to solve problems in cross-operations.
  • Be in charge of the quality management of mechanical and electrical installations, and lead and organize the investigation and handling of project quality issues and quality accidents.
  • Responsible for the acceptance of large electromechanical equipment.
  • Organize the preparation of mechanical and electrical materials and machinery procurement plans, and review and approve the mechanical and electrical subcontractors 'material needs plans.
  • Responsible for the preparation, implementation and control of mechanical and electrical manufacturing cost plans.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical and electrical related majors.
  • More than 8 years of work experience, experience in mechanical and electrical design in real estate companies and design institutes.
  • Familiar with and able to coordinate and manage equipment, power, water supply and drainage, HVAC, strong and weak electricity majors.
  • Have strong program review and drawing review capabilities and have certain technical and economic analysis capabilities for real estate projects.
  • Be familiar with various professional policies of electromechanical, new industry technologies, and industry design specifications.
