Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting for a leading fashion and retail company seeking a Retail Operations Manager to oversee the success of all retail stores, including department and consignment stores, by managing operations, driving sales, and minimizing costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Store Operations: Handle staffing (interviewing, recruiting, coaching, and disciplining), ensure quality, customer service, and safety standards, provide product and stock management training, address customer complaints, and enforce policies and procedures.
- Sales Management: Analyze sales performance, operational efficiency, market trends, and competitor activities to optimize profitability and future sales volumes.
- Product Management: Collaborate with Merchandising on stock supply and visual merchandising, ensuring efficient stock management and potential maximization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail store operations.
- Strong sales, negotiation, team leadership, and communication skills.
