Key Job Responsibilities

Project Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate problem statements into clear project scope and timelines.
Leadership: Lead the project team, including third-party vendors, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
Timely Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of all projects and commitments, meeting both internal and client expectations.
Communication: Facilitate effective communication among project team members to ensure accurate and timely information transfer.
Scope Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources to keep projects on track.
Performance Measurement: Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure goals are met.
Reporting and Escalation: Provide regular updates and reports to management and escalate issues when necessary.
Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
Documentation: Create, maintain, and track comprehensive project documentation for reference and compliance.
Stakeholder Engagement: Deliver timely and informative reports to all stakeholders and conduct regular cross-organizational management briefings.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the technology industry.
Technical Proficiency: Exceptional proficiency in applying project management frameworks, tools, and concepts.
Project Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in project scoping, user story-based requirements gathering, specification, validation, and release management.
Track Record: Proven success in managing projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
