Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of multiple dental clinics in the region.
- Ensure clinics are running efficiently and meeting performance standards.
- Conduct staff performance reviews and address any issues.
- Ensure high-quality patient care and resolve patient complaints.
- Implement and monitor patient satisfaction initiatives.
- Ensure all clinics comply with healthcarehealthcare regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks.
- Monitor clinic budgets and expense. Ensure financial targets are met.
- Maintain relationships with patients and local stakeholders.
- Develop strategies to improve clinic performance and expand services.
- Identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcarehealthcare administration, Business, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in healthcarehealthcare operations, with leadership experience preferred.
- Strong ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Understanding of clinic operations and financial management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to address and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Willingness to travel between clinics as needed.
