Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational company providing premium pet food products in Asia. Our clients is committed to delivering high-quality nutrition and care for pets. They are seeking a sales and marketing leader to join their growing team!

The Regional Sales Director is responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion for the pet food business in Thailand and surrounding regions. This role will oversee a team of sales professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and build strong customer relationships.


Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies for the ASEAN region, aligning with the company's global vision.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure effective operations and performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure effective product launch and promotion.
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance across the region, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Oversee brand strategy and positioning, ensuring consistent messaging and brand identity across all markets.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Recruit, train, and develop talent within the sales team to ensure a high-performing organization

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales and marketing within the pet food industry.
  • Experience in SEA regional sales management.
  • Knowledge of the pet food industry and market trends in Thailand and the region.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Thai
