Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Malaysia's Professional Division is recruiting on behalf of a leading online education platform dedicated to providing innovative English learning solutions. Our respected client is seeking a qualified professional to join their team as Tele-Sales Representative.


Job Summary

As a tele-sales representative, you will promote online English learning courses via telephone, helping clients understand course benefits and guiding them toward purchase decisions. This role requires a team-oriented, target-driven approach and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Outreach and Sales: Contact potential clients via phone and messaging channels, introduce courses, and guide them in selecting appropriate course packages.
  • Needs Analysis: Understand client needs, offer tailored course recommendations, and increase the likelihood of purchase.
  • Follow-up and Conversion: Follow up with undecided clients, addressing questions and concerns to improve conversion rates.
  • Performance Targets: Achieve a minimum of 3 sales per month with a conversion rate of 8%-10%.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong customer relationships, ensure satisfaction with course experiences, and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members, sharing sales experiences and success stories to enhance overall team performance.
  • Reporting and Feedback: Regularly report sales data to team leaders and provide market feedback to optimize sales strategies.

Key Requirements

  • Education: Minimum SPM holder.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in tele-sales or customer service; experience in online education sales is a plus.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Mandarin; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills; ability to confidently and clearly present courses and answer inquiries.
