Vice President for Talent Acquisition

Executive recruitment firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a multinational digital transformation provider company that supports business across diverse sectors. Our respected client is seeking for a VP for Talent Acquisition who is well-verse with the contact service industry and experienced in managing volume recruitment and stakeholder management. This role has an onsite work requirement in Taguig and will be reporting to the People and Culture Executive.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Make exceptional hiring and talent identification decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess talent profiles and align on standards for success in retention and performance
  • Ensure retention of hires.
  • Innovate and optimize the end-to-end recruitment process through automation.
  • Supply vision, leadership, planning, and management for the talent acquisition teams.
  • Develop key relationships with business leaders, internal hiring managers, and other stakeholders to recommend and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Advise hiring managers and recruiters in attracting top talent by utilizing personal and professional networks and knowledge of talent communities.
  • Enhance company reputation in the global marketplace by implement proactive branding strategies.
  • Attract high-caliber candidates, develop strong talent pipelines and employ effective sourcing strategies through social media, labor markets, and industry-relevant communities.
  • Provide analytics, track relevant recruiting metrics to support performance management and decision-making.
  • Establish & maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of recruitment experience in a high volume, multi-location/multi geographical organization with 5 years in leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Management or any related course.
  • Prior experience as Head of Talent Acquisition or a similar senior role with experience with volume recruitment.
  • Deep experience with people management software, candidate management systems and recruitment technology.
  • Ability to build relationships & work collaboratively with key stakeholders.
