Monroe Consulting Group Mexico is relocating to spacious, upmarket offices in Mexico City, as the international award-winning executive recruitment continues its expansion. The new offices are located at Insurgentes Sur 1425 in Col. Insurgentes Mixcoac.
Alejandro Alvarez Blanco, the Director General of Monroe Mexico, said the company had built a strong core of experienced executive recruitment consultants who had formed specialized, industry specific teams.
“We have been successful with the first phase of our development program and can now grow quickly and in the right direction,” Mr Blanco said. “The second phase will see Monroe Mexico install Division Heads in five industry verticals, namely Technology, Industrial, Consumer Goods, Health and Professional Services, which covers banking, insurance and finance.”
Mr Blanco said that to achieve the Company’s aim of enhancing its reputation as one of Mexico’s leading executive recruitment agencies, it was important to move into new offices that could house a growing number of consultants and provide a more optimal work environment.

Mr Blanco said it was an exciting time for recruitment in Mexico given the growth of the industry.
“Currently, about 8 percent of vacancies are filled by recruitment companies in Mexico overall. While this remains comparatively low, more and more businesses are beginning to understand the importance of working with recruitment companies that can play vital roles in sourcing and acquiring key executives and technical talent.
