Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Reputable Company with the core focus in Oil & Gas related equipment for the role of General Manager. The job description will be as follow :
1. Strategic Planning and Leadership


  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals.

  • Provide strong leadership to ensure all departments align with the organization's objectives.


Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.

2. Operational Management

  • Oversee production processes in the semi-manufacturing aspect, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to timelines.

  • Manage supply chain logistics, inventory levels, and distribution networks.
  • Optimize resource allocation (human, financial, material) for cost-effectiveness.


3. Team Management


  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate department managers and their teams.

  • Foster a positive work culture and resolve conflicts efficiently.
  • Identify and address training needs to enhance staff performance.


4. Customer Relationship Management


  • Maintain and develop relationships with key clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely delivery and quality assurance.


5. Compliance and Risk Management

  • Ensure operations comply with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Job Requirements/ Job Qualification :
1. Education


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a
    related field.


MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
2. Experience


  • 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing, distribution, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving business growth.


3. Skills


  • Leadership and Decision-Making: Ability to inspire teams and make strategic decisions under
    pressure.
