Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is presently seeking an International Sales Manager to join our esteemed Consumer Goods client.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Crafting and executing strategic plans for venturing into new international markets, ensuring profitable sales within the designated Sales Territory.
  • Achieving or surpassing companies sales targets and associated commitments.
  • Overseeing relationships with existing distributors and cultivating new partnerships.
  • Compiling current and historical sales reports, devising sales forecasts, and utilizing sales data for trend analysis and data-driven decision-making.
  • Offering top-notch administrative support to guarantee seamless operations, including aiding in prompt customer invoice payments and resolving credit and payment disputes.
  • Coordinating with the headquarters team on various initiatives and objectives.
  • Engaging regularly with customers, comprehending their requirements, and advocating for our products. This includes presenting the Company's offerings, products, and promotions accurately to existing and potential distributors and customers, as well as creating sales materials.
  • Managing contract negotiations with international distributors and clients.
  • Representing the organization at international events and trade shows.
  • Providing regular reports on sales performance and market insights to senior leadership.



Job Requirements:

  • Possession of a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field at minimum.
  • Accumulated 10+ years of experience in international sales, with a proven track record in start-ups, new products, and new territories.
  • Demonstrated international and regional experience, displaying effectiveness in cross-cultural and multi-time zone environments.
  • Profound understanding of global market trends and dynamics.
  • Self-assured and self-reliant, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Constructive contributor with a can-do attitude and a keenness for learning.
  • Possesses strategic and analytical thinking, facilitating sound business decisions.
  • Ability to persevere through challenges while maintaining composure and rationality.
