Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting for a Multinational Personal Care Manufacturing company for the role of Legal & Office Manager with at least 8 years of experience. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily administrative duties such as preparing documents, booking accommodations and travel, maintaining records, and ensuring all corporate documents are current and comply with legal requirements.
  • Handle the renewal and application processes for business and operating licenses and permits.
  • Offer legal guidance on reviewing commercial contracts.
  • Manage company-related administrative tasks, including updating and reporting in systems like CROS and those of regulatory authorities.
  • Oversee the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) function, including managing permits, liaising with authorities, and ensuring government system updates are implemented for site-related EHS matters.


Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Public administration, Law or related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a corporate affairs or legal role, with a focus on regulatory compliance, government relations and EHS.
  • Proficient understanding of corporate law, regulatory frameworks, and government procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with government officials and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in preparing and submitting legal documents and applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant legal and administrative software.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
