Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group's Industrial Division is exclusively partnered with multinational organization who is well established in the field of water heating manufacturing. Our respected client is seeking a Marketing Executive with 4 years of experience.

Job summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible in performing a variety of marketing and support roles as may be needed, which require a range of knowledge and skills of marketing procedures and policies. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. The role involves developing and executing branding and marketing strategies, including managing customer engagement programs, analyzing data, and overseeing social media efforts to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic.

Job Responsibilities:

Branding & Marketing Strategy:

  • Work with the Country Manager and distributor to ensure top-notch execution of marketing and promotion activities.
  • Create and run customer engagement events like exhibitions and in-store promotions to boost brand awareness.
  • Track and analyze sales data to measure the effectiveness and ROI of marketing efforts.
  • Review distributor activities to ensure they are cost-effective and within budget.
  • Collaborate with the distributor's Marketing team on digital strategies to drive traffic to stores and online.
  • Coordinate with designers and agencies to produce marketing materials that align with the brand.
  • Ensure all marketing materials match the brand's image and message.


Market Analysis:

  • Track market trends, competitor actions, and product pricing.
  • Visit trade outlets to ensure proper product placement and gather market insights.
  • Analyze market share and performance data for the company's products and marketing activities.


Social Media:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and campaign performance.
  • Work with agencies to create engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Manage social media accounts, handle inquiries, and maintain consistent branding.
  • Prepare digital assets for promotions, including emails, landing pages, and ads.
  • Create and share engaging and relevant social media content.
  • Collaborate with the distributor's Marketing team on influencer partnerships and local campaigns.
  • Use digital tools (like Hootsuite and Google Analytics) to manage and analyze social media activities.


Key Job requirements include:

  • Degree or equivalent in relevant field
  • 4 to 5 years' working experience in a similar capacity.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing (SEO/SEM) best practices and content creation strategies
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics and Google AdWords and other digital marketing tools.


Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin (written and spoken)
  • Experience in photo/video editing, graphic design, and software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and/or Canva are added advantages.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently, proactive, self-motivated individual and team player.
  • Strong relationship-building skills for effective networking engagement with distributor, agency and supplier
  • Analytical mindset for market research and data-driven decision making.
  • Solid organizational skills and meticulous
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
