We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our client's team as General Manager, responsible for managing both operations and the commercial aspects of the company.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the company in achieving profitable growth, with full responsibility for the P&L management.
  • Oversee commercial operations, including sales, marketing, and customer relationship management, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and implement a sustainable growth plan aligned with regional and corporate goals.
  • Demonstrate operational agility and efficiency to drive sustainable growth and ensure a strong ROI.
  • Enforce company policies, corporate governance, and comply with legal requirements in the territory.
  • Foster a positive and engaging work environment that aligns with the company's culture.
  • Communicate effectively across all functions and departments to maximize performance and employee engagement.
  • Analyze the company's financial performance and take necessary actions to meet or exceed budget targets.
  • Travel is required to develop business within the territory.

Job Requirements

  • Senior management experience leading an industrial company.
  • Proven business achievements in industrial machinery/products.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of various business functions, processes, and their inter-connectivity.
  • Strong understanding of corporate reporting, legal, tax, and statutory requirements.
