Job Responsibilities

Lead the company in achieving profitable growth, with full responsibility for the P&L management.
Oversee commercial operations, including sales, marketing, and customer relationship management, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Develop and implement a sustainable growth plan aligned with regional and corporate goals.
Demonstrate operational agility and efficiency to drive sustainable growth and ensure a strong ROI.
Enforce company policies, corporate governance, and comply with legal requirements in the territory.
Foster a positive and engaging work environment that aligns with the company's culture.
Communicate effectively across all functions and departments to maximize performance and employee engagement.
Analyze the company's financial performance and take necessary actions to meet or exceed budget targets.
Travel is required to develop business within the territory.

Job Requirements

Senior management experience leading an industrial company.
Proven business achievements in industrial machinery/products.
