Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Malaysia's Industrial Division is recruiting on behalf of a leading global supplier of precision instruments and services. Our respected client is seeking a qualified professional to join their team as Order Management Executive/Specialist.

Job Summary
The successful candidate will be part of the Regional Back-Office (RBO) team, cooperating closely with multi-country stakeholders. This individual will be responsible for ensuring a seamless order-to-billing process and delivering value to customers. The role is based in Selangor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Processing: Acknowledge sales and service orders and enter them into SAP, adhering to the agreed business logic, workflow, and priority schedule, while following local guidelines.
  • Transaction Management: Execute and manage order processing transactions accurately and promptly.
  • Team Collaboration: Receive and carry out directions from team leaders while maintaining open communication with peers to optimize work completion.
  • Documentation: Review documentation and follow established processes with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Scheduling: Ensure work is completed within set timeframes and aligned with operational targets.
  • Performance Goals: Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and meet objectives outlined in the Development Plan.
  • Process Improvement: Support cost-reduction and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Language, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong consistency and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility: Willing to work during odd hours or on public holidays when necessary.
