Executive Recruitment Firm Monroe Consulting Group is currently working with an esteemed technology company looked for a Pre Sales Team Lead to spearhead the expansion of the company.

Job Responsibilties:

  • Collaborate with clients to assess their current network infrastructure and understand their business requirements.
  • Implement network solutions, wireless networks.
  • Conduct network assessments and performance tuning to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients during the implementation phase and post implementation support.
  • To establish and implement sales strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to meet sales quotas.
  • To maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
  • Develop strategic marketing plan to promote our services.
  • Stay updated with emerging networking technologies and trends to propose innovative solutions.
  • Able to lead a team effectively towards common goals, contributing ideas and respecting differing viewpoints.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (similar qualification in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage).
  • Proven experience in a Network Consultancy, Network Engineer in satellite telecommunication or in a similar role.
  • Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCDP, CCIE, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Results-driven with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong expertise in networking protocols and technologies.
  • Deep understanding of network security principles and experience with firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and security policies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.
  • Must be able to do presentations and reports.
  • Have a good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Willingness to travel for work as needed
