Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Malaysia's Healthcare Division is partnered with a global pioneer in interventional medicine. As their business is expanding, we are looking for a Sales Manager to be based in Malaysia and support in driving business growth for the company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the business development, develop strategies to drive sales growth, focus on sourcing for potential distributors and negotiate favorable agreements with distributors on behalf of the company.
  • Increase sales, orders, market share, and profit margin of the company across all product portfolios in the territory.
  • Utilize internal and external resources to achieve annual sales targets.
  • Promote and sell cardiovascular devices to hospitals across the country.
  • Maintain high level of technical and commercial competence on product knowledge, techniques, giving presentations to customers and attending Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) is a non-surgical, invasive procedures on case-by-case basis.
  • Conduct inventory management on all territories.
  • Communicate the key message of the products' and CME to customers to increase their confidence and awareness of the products.
  • Establish strong long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals and institutions, improve customer satisfaction and drive growth for all ranges of products within the company.
  • Update and analyze competitors' activities to counter act with effective marketing strategies.
  • Plan and implement local marketing activities.
  • Implement strategies for business development in existing and potential accounts for the next 3 years.

Requirements:

  • Min. 4-5 years of experience in distributor sales/management in medical devices preferably within the cardiovascular field.
  • Min. Bachelor's Degree in Business/Sales/ or any relevant fields.
  • Proven track record of sales performance.
  • Possess strategic and sales-driven mindset.
  • Able to work independently and in a remote-based job.
  • Strong influencing skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office application and Google Tools.
  • Good command of written & spoken English, and Bahasa Melayu. (Mandarin speakers would be advantageous)
