Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of an Engineering/Construction company. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 5-6 years of experience for the job of Senior Accountant. The job is based in Jakarta Area, Indonesia.
Responsibility:
- Prepare and analyze accounting statements, providing monthly financial reports to management and the Board.
- Lead the preparation of audit files and ensure compliance with audit standards.
- Assist in business plan development and financial forecasting.Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring adherence to regulations.
- Identify and implement improvements in accounting processes for greater accuracy and efficiency.
- Effectively present financial data and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Candidate's Qualifications:
- 5-6 years working experience in similar role as Accountant/Audit.
- With Big-4 background
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - showing confidence during conversation.
- Understanding of spreadsheets, reconciliations and data analysis
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
