Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting a Service Engineer on behalf of a multinational medical device company. The role will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, repairing, maintenance and servicing of CT scan and MRI modalities for the PH Market. Candidate must be willing to do fieldwork and travel as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting high-end medical imaging CT/MRI systems and equipment
- Investigate and repair issues with medical imaging applications, electrical components, computer hardware, and software, mechanical and hydraulic systems
- Provide support for software issues associated with CT/MRI systems
- Support end-users by conducting training programs and providing software support
- Provide support for system relocations, installations and de-installations, including ramp down, reinstallation, ramp up and calibration
- Provide exceptional interaction with radiologists, technicians and physicians to keep them aware of new and existing imaging solutions, manufacturer safety alerts and updates
- Provide medical imaging equipment technical support via web and telephone
- Perform imaging system inspections, system preventative maintenance, calibrations and quality assurance checks and industry standards
- Build a good relationship with direct clients and dealers.
- Work closely with Regional Technical support, for critical issues on field, warranty claims etc.
- Develop multi-tier relationships to organically grow existing business
- Leads or coordinates technical matter with internal departments
- Respond to requests for information
- Develop and manage client communication activities
- Other duties as assigned by Technical Leader
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electronics & Communications Engineering, IT or other Engineering related fields
- At least 2-3 year's experience in servicing and / or training of Low end and High-End CT-SCAN or MRI products is a must.
- Must have good communication skills; Must have the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Team player with positive attitude; Able to participate in a successful, committed and highly motivated team.
- Must be willing to do purely field work and travel as required to customer sites, conferences, and other events.
