We're looking for a passionate Client Solutions VP/Principal to join a growing team.

We're searching for a Client Solutions VP/Principal to spearhead an amazing team. You'll be the quarterback, calling the shots on onboarding new clients and ensuring their existing one's flourish.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead the Client Solutions Strike Force: Spearhead a team dedicated to flawlessly integrating new clients into their system. They'll ensure a smooth launch, maximize adoption, and turn them into raving fans.
  • Client Whisperer: Dive deep into client needs to craft workflows that seamlessly blend with their existing processes. Become their trusted partner for ongoing success and minimized turnover.
  • Project Management Mastermind: Wear the Project Manager cape for enterprise projects. Ensure timely onboarding, maximize system adoption, and keep them thriving within the ecosystem.
  • Sales Team's Sidekick: Partner with the Sales team to strategize resources for new client kick-off meetings and data migration, paving the way for a stellar client experience.
  • Onboarding Orchestrator: You're the maestro of efficiency! Keep new client onboarding, data migration, and implementation tasks running like a well-oiled machine.
  • Client Champion: Guide and empower your team to tackle even the trickiest client situations. Foster a culture of exceptional client service within the team.
  • Innovation Catalyst: Don't just settle for good, be great! Propose and implement changes to boost team efficiency and elevate client service to new heights

Job requirements

  • Experience with IT consulting, account management, audit/fund administration and/or management consulting.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Project and client management experience.
  • Knowledge of private equity and venture capital accounting preferred.
  • Experience with IT system implementation (gathering user requirements, enhancement requests, working on systems implementations, training) a plus.
  • Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills and able to handle difficult client situations.
  • Interest in financial technology industry.
